It appears they did some trimming to fit that Thuren bumper.
He mentioned on Instagram that you would need to trim your bedsides.

I got the Warn Wireless remote. Add a lanyard and now you can run the winch and drag the cable. Use it in cab or out.
It's on my list of things to buy. Wanted the plug out of the road salt and grime. Having the controller dummy corded to me while rigging a recovery would be just about ideal.

Moved My Winch Plug Inside

Been meaning to do this since I read NOOB's build thread when I joined here. I live in the Northeast and am always cleaning dirt/corrosion out of the plug. Factory plug next to the new wire and sheath: Old Harness.jpg Completed new harness: Completed Harness.jpg New plug mounted (Yes, I know my inte...

We did not get to Poughkeepsie when we were there.

But since we're talking about it, lets all rewatch this video, ohhhh it's so funny.

Re: Viair vs ARB

Oh shit look at that!! Thanks for the link man! I searched everywhere for one, even the Jeepspeed one wouldn’t work on our engines. This must be pretty new! I search periodically for them too. That one just popped up. Someone made just a Hemi bracket years ago but I have not seen one for a long time.

Re: New Rear Bumper?

The problems with geometry of a swingout on our trucks comes from the tire. If you have a 35” or smaller you don’t need to relocate the spare tire. So a bumper tire carrier is only for 37-40” tires. If you set a tire of that size on your bumper, you can see that in order to not have the tire itself...

Re: New Rear Bumper?

I see swingout carriers taken so lightly on these trucks. Do not take them as a cure-all. Guys running swingouts on these trucks are running 37” or larger tires, and with how capable these trucks are, especially with the bolt on suspension options, you could shear the swingout carrier off in a hear...

He takes LARPing to a whole new level. He used to claim he was law enforcement then it came out he was one of the people that bought a badge from the sheriff in NM.
No kidding. Not sure what drives people to do that but they are legion.
