Re: Chrysler Extended warranty

I found that online the $100 deductible lifetime version was $1200! I'm curious where and when you found this? Granted, I've only done limited searching on this but the pricing I've found so far, sits at around 3100 dollars for the 200 dollar deductible life time warranty That price had to be close...

Re: Chrysler Extended warranty

You can purchase the plan up to 48mo/48k from when you originally purchased the truck. The plan expires at the 3 different times, 1. When you get rid of the truck 2. When you reach 1mil miles or the year 2099 3. if the cost of the repair is greater than the book value of the truck and at that point ...

Re: LED Light pods in the fog lights? Thoughts, Opinions?

I have had that exact setup for a year and a half now and I am still very happy with it. My drive home is mostly back roads after dark and they have been worth their weight in gold just by being able to pick up deer earlier to have a better chance to stop.

Re: Power Wagon snow plow

I was under the impression that you voided the warranty if you put a plow on it because of how much the plow sags the front end. I'll need to look that up again though. Just beware. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk This guy is correct. Any new 2500/3500 that does NOT have the plow/prep group with...

I'm trying to change my oil today and after much looking I found where Ram hid the filter. Now that begs the question; how the heck am I supposed to reach that thing? From any angle, the most I can get on it is two fingertips. How are you guys reaching this filter? It appears that the smartbar modu...

I wonder what the savings will be on that PW.... Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk Buyer beware. Because it was never sold, it is still new & not registered. Therefore, dealer can fix it themselves & nothing will show up on carfax. I know someone who went through this exact scenario. Kept going th...

So we got one of the Rebel 1500 in at the dealership I work at and thought you guys might like to see a comparison pic. Re: 6.4 hemi tick?

Why wouldn't you at least take it to the dealership and have them take a look at it? Even if they don't find anything, it will at least have been documented in chryslers system if a problem comes up in the future.

Truck MSRP is $54,750 and I have them talked down to $47,000. Is there anymore room in that figure to work them a little har...

Rigid Dually Fog assembly

There was someone asking about if any one has installed the rigid dually fog light bracket. I installed the brackets and 2 sets of duallys (1 set of spot and 1 set of flood) on my 2013 and then removed and re-installed on my 2014 as well. I have been very happy with them and use them on my commute h...

Re: FNG w/2015 Wagon

Good Stuff Josh, I'm waiting to take delivery of my truck as we speak. Seriously considering the lifetime warranty, how far do you think a dealer is willing to bend and flex when negotiating that $3,200 warranty? Depends on the state and sometimes even the dealer. Some states are required by law to...

Re: FNG w/2015 Wagon

Helped a lot, thanks. So the key is to get the lifetime warranty before you hit 12K mi, right? When you get a negotiated cost from a dealer cheaper than the standard $3200, are you then locked into that dealer doing all the service? Nope, you can take the truck to any chrysler dealer. Just need to ...

Re: FNG w/2015 Wagon

A few other things to keep in mind as well, you can purchase the lifetime max care up to 4 yrs or 48k. After 12 months or 12k miles there is a $150 surcharge and prices usually change the first of October. In my experience with the service contracts is they typically increase about $100 or so with t...

Re: FNG w/2015 Wagon

Thank you for taking the time to write that up. It's really helpful to understand the options. In your experience, will Chrysler cover the Power Wagon-specific equipment like the disconnecting sway bar and axle lockers? I didn't see these listed on covered components and they are ones that I worry ...
