Mike can't handle 40's.

I do see where he is coming from though. I would have to guess that 40s with a 6.4 feels much like a turd, even with 5.13s. And then to have to tow with it...
People with 40's aren't towing anything substantial...

Re: Front Diff Blow Up

The front drive shaft is able to extend and retract to compensate for the slight forward movement of the front axle. Any time you are towing the front end is in a different position than it is at normal ride height. So if the dealer argument was true, anyone who towed or hauled heavy would have fro...

Have you pumped any of that "special" fluid into your tail pipe?
Maybe my friends moms tailpipes, but never my truck.
Well don't let your exhaust butterfly valve seize. I'd squirt some up in there too :poke:

Re: PW stalls after refueling

It's great that fuel pumps often give you several warnings of impending doom. You can replace it at your convenience now  Or wait till it finally shits the bed when you don't have cell service, after dark, on an interstate in Montana, on Sunday, 40 miles from the nearest town with a garage - l...

Re: PW stalls after refueling

Might be early signs of a fuel pump issue. Fuel pumps are cooled by the gasoline in the tank - big change in fuel temp in the tank.

Another interesting little factoid is we stop producing the 66RFE next week. So any 2019 with the 6.4 will have the 65.

I have one of the very first bypasses. Just pissing around with it. I locked my rear axle down go the highway at 70 mph just to see if it would lock, and unlock. It will without much drama. Making a turn with it locked. The PW wanted to push the front to the outside of the turn. But it will turn. C...
