Re: Warn Wireless Remote Issues

So really needed my winch the other day and again the stupid Warn wireless remote did not work, in 90 MPH wind and I chunked it across the driveway. I called Warn and they said to ask for a replacement. Also confirming it works fine with our winches. But not sure if they are just BS ing me. Does an...

Re: Quick question on tire pressures

I'll have to get my tread depth gauge out and measure my tread, front and back, inside, center, and outside. I still have the original tires on the PW and have essentially always run 65 PSI min front and back. A little data will do us well here...

Re: Quick question on tire pressures

The 60 PSI 65 PSI probably came from your door sticker (look to my earlier posted pic in this thread) Wagon wheels are the regular Ram 2500's and 3500's with 80 PSI in the tires. :poke: The tech at the dealer accidentally put 80 PSI in my rear tires at my last state inspection. I pulled a twinstick ...

Re: 35" tire for those of us that tow?

Don't get hung up on requiring a tire with higher load capacity... The 2014 and beyond Power Wagons have a 6010 lb Rear Axle Capacity The 2014 and beyond Power Wagons have a 6390 lb Rear Tire Capacity (with the Load range D OEM duratracs) Load range E tires won't make it a better towing tire on it's...

Got a link to the $88,000 Demon? I’ve yet to see one selling for under $100,000 Isnt the MSRP under $90K? Are they selling for over MSRP? It's not uncommon for dealers to attempt to sell "specialty" vehicles well above MSRP. The local dealer here has had a Hellcat on the showroom floor for more tha...

Re: Fender Flares

The 1500’s have shorter boxes and a different design, the lids won’t swap. They all will end up warping eventually so the body lines don’t line up. I truly believe if they had a latch on either end instead of just one in the center, 95% of the warping and tape issues would go away. A spring pushing...

Re: 37" tires with 4.10 for those who do have

The transmission is your weak point when towing. Keeping it in the correct gear for as long as possible is what keeps temperatures down i.e. the torque converter locked on a gear consistently for as long as possible. I can say with 100% unwavering confidence that 37” tires on a 2015 Ram power Wagon...

Re: Wagonless

My '12 CTD mega cab and '14 Power Wagon with MDS get about the same unloaded fuel mileage. Since diesel fuel is more expensive than gas here, it is slightly more expensive to run the CTD. I may never sell the CTD though, as 2012 was that last year without Def. The super heavy front end on the CTD is...

Re: Quick question on tire pressures

BTW - the 65 front 65 rear is cold pressure - the pressures will jump up 3-5 pounds once you've driven a while. If you run too low of a pressure, the tires will heat up dramatically. A good rule of thumb is: If the tire is too hot to keep your hand on the sidewall, then your pressure is too low for ...
