Re: 2020 Power Wagon - Spied

8-speed and crawl have me half way there. I just want that extra room in the rear cab and the flat floor the 1500 got and I'm upgrading. That crawl ratio is nice for sure in that size of a vehicle when i had my Rubicon that had the 4.1 ratio tcase i was like this is beautiful Only thing i noticed w...

Best thing for sliders is paint. Then just touch them up every now and then.

Glad I still own my 05. I don't like anything about these newer gen PW's. They have lost their "off road beast" appeal IMO
The extra horsepower and TORQUE doesn’t appeal to you? :poke:

Re: Scuffing sound on take off with BFG KO2s?

My CTD ride is brutal- the Power Wagon @65psi with the flexy D-rated Duratrac sidewalls feels smooth in comparison  But back to the OP's question... I've never heard scuffing on takeoff on multiple sets of KO's or a set of KO2's that I've used on other vehicles. Maybe your pavement friction is...

Re: Scuffing sound on take off with BFG KO2s?

Wow, that's some high air pressure unless you are towing a space shuttle. Try 35-40PSI ranges. I have been running pretty much the same pressures as him and have had good results. Any less and the tires get a huge bulge and look way too low. X2 There's nothing wrong with running up to the max rated...

Re: Swing tailgate

Approaching the functionality of the tailgate on my dump trailer which can: - open from the top as a tailgate - open from the center as "barn doors" - open from the bottom as a spreader (probably not useful on a non dumping truck bed  ) With the swinging barn doors on the trailer, you do need ...

Ram is falling behind!!!
Ford Super Duty's can have a 7.3-liter V8 gasser in 2020!
FCA should pull the trigger on the Elephant Engine to keep up!!!

And then open your wallet :cash: Seems like a lot of $$$$ for bragging rights? But everyone has their reasons I guess. More Power Definitely won't make the PW a better rock crawler... Must be that desire to pass someone fast on the highway that's only doing 65 and is slowing you down! :poke:

So they're calling it a 2019 in the video, but it's not even available yet. So is it a late 19 or an early 20?
This happens with FCA routinely...

When the new 2014 Power Wagon's were announced, you could finally order them in April 2014 for July delivery. And it was a 2014 model...

I use mine every time I park - to get in the same place at the house... Most all modern vehicles have them now. If mine broke, I'd pay $$$ to get them fixed.
