upgrade the brake fluid. 4LOW has its own brake performance based on the extreme torque applied to the axles and wheels individually. theres a reason why you cant just go stomp on your brakes in 4 low and come to a complete stop that easily. talk about drive train strain. break in on brakes and rot...

That is strange how the loud clicking sound comes and goes every few seconds. It definitely doesn't behave like a throwout bearing sound because it comes and goes without engaging/disengaging the clutch... :(

If there was a way to get a camera on the compressor clutch to confirm that it is really turning off under those conditions... It's hard to imagine that it's not, but confirmation would be great!

Share more details about what you did with the first ProCal that left you in limp... Did it hang or freeze up?

You said they sent you a second unit. That one didn't work for you either? Or were you still corrupt from the first one?

The pedal should never get to the floor (by design) unless you have a problem! You said no air... but consider bleeding them Again.
