I often wonder if the issues people have are more user-related than they'd like to admit.

Re: The "Real Reliability"

... And complaining about OEM tires, that bean counters consider a nuisance item to get the vehicle off the dealer lot, is like pissing in the wind. ... If someone gets "10 to 30 flat tires" on a set, then maybe its not just the tires that are at issue - there's obviously more going on... I'...

Welcome to the Group! There's about 10 different Power Wagons that roam my area... several are white, there's a yellow one, there's a blue one... A guy that lives about 1/2 mile away has a 2013. My ram dealer, a few miles away, still has his that came in on the tractor trailer with mine :D

Or if the relay is mounted where there is significant vibration - Move it. Do you get the behavior when you are sitting still?

Re: Making new tire & wheel plunge

the issue with the stock rim is purely the width of it, and accepting a wider tire, with a wider contact patch. Wider 35s or 37s deserve a wider rim to justify said tread size difference. a 12.5 tire tread contact patch will not sit correctly on a 8 inch rim....in fact, it is probably not an "appro...

Re: Tire questions

Factory Duratracs are a very different tire from consumer Duratracs. If you buy a set of them, you are getting a better tire than what came on the truck, in almost every way. The factory ones are very weak, have poorer wet traction and don’t ride as well as the consumer Duratracs. That's good to kn...

Re: Parksense Sensors

I'll be honest, I use the front ones every day when parking and wouldn't want a full size lifted truck without them. With this big of truck I need every inch of most parking spots. Different strokes for different folks I guess. I agree. I would hate having to wait until I see the car I'm pushing on...

Re: Tire questions

I love my Duratracs - still have my original tires on my 2014 truck. Lifetime truck average speed has been 19 mph - it’s not a pavement princess. Not a single flat in 6 years.

I will consider the load range E Duratracs when I do finally replace them.

Re: A/C Vacuum Leak? Blend Doors?

Assuming your compressor is now good and working correctly, and your pressure transducer is now good, and your refrigerant charge is correct (and clean), and you don't see a change in air flow out of your vents (only temperature changes under engine load), then everything is still pointing to the co...

Re: Sliders and active tune mass module

I don't have the ATMMs on my 2014 laramie... Took it for a long road trip yesterday, and it is smooth as glass inside the cab. I can hear an exhaust tone difference with or without the MDS but absolutely can't feel a thing. I doubt that adding my White Knuckle Sliders completely eliminated any vibra...

I've got a small drip in a clearance light.
But yeah, that's one of many reasons I don't want a sunroof.
No leaks here...

How do you decide which rig gets the mods? LOL, I am in the same boat, 2018 PW (needs sliders, thuren suspension and 37's, tune.....ect.....) and a 2016 Challenger Hellcat (needs upper pulley, tune, rear diff brace, front/back braces, drag radials....ect......) I'm happy with the Hellcat as it is f...

Stainless Steel threads are highly prone to galling and then seizing under heat and pressure...
