Brahaha don't count on their quoted timelines. A few years ago, they told me they would have the tuner ready for the 2014 6.4 in a month and six months later it still wasn't available.

Probably should have used the CTD for this recent trip because it ended out being an overload. But the Power Wagon managed to do the job. Front Axle: 4520 lb Rear Axle: 5400 lb Trailer Axle: 15980 lb Gross: 25900 lb Quick question. I definitely wouldn't want the Duratrac tread pattern on my seats... I feel bad that so many have issues with the Wrangler Duratrac's - but mine have served me very well. I can't help but wonder if the continual tire pressure changes that many people do impact tire leaking. I never dick with my pre...

What pressure did you run in the Duratracs when they would "carcass roll" on the highway?
65-68. Really didn't matter. Felt like you were driving an unresponsive boat. Night and day difference.
So imagine what it must feel like for the guys that run the Duratracs at 40 psi

... Can't even describe how much better the truck handles on the roads here in WV. You no longer have to wait for the tire to decide to go along with the steering input in and out of the curves. No carcass roll like the Duratracs. I was able to just steer the truck through most of the curves that w...

See the picture of the front thuren shocks vs the stcok PW shocks pretty much the same. Just way better tune. You could probably get away with spring retainers like the JK Jeep's in the rear if you wanted to keep the stock springs. What happened is bilstine changed there numbers. There is a set but...

I assume you bolted the receivers to the mounting plate that the factory rings were bolted to? If so, beware, that factory mount is not as strong as you might hope. They will likely bend and deform if you use one of your hooks as a sole recovery point. If you beefed up the factory ring mount, please...

For the past two years I switched over to "Quick links" , "New posts" and never have to look at the stickies. There were too many stickies even back then!

Get rid of the sticky status on most of the threads!

People should be using the search capability to find this info!

I'm assuming the master cylinder had pressure to force fluid in but the hose was occluded too much to let the pressure bac...

He's not the only one. I think Lee blew up a set of Nitro 9.25. I believe Lee was towing someone out of mud, in reverse. Operator error. Chris S in Moab knew what he was doing on the original install and the culprit came down to the ring gear hardware supplied by Nitro being too short. The bolts al...

Congrats. But no dealer will give you 40k on a trade in. Kelley blue book is a sellers tool only. I agree that Kelly blue book is out of whack and I never use it. The closest dealer will give 41k on a trade-in on a new Power Wagon. He can’t keep new PW’s on the lot for even a week and typically has...

Power Wagon paid off!!!

Feels good to finally be done with the Power Wagon payments. I will have to find something else to do with that $1000 a month  And it's great that it's paid off, has maintained it's value after 4 years, and is still worth ~$40k.
