Yep - not everyone can handle a power wagon - some people can only handle a little truck. :poke:

Re: WK Sliders - To diamond plate or not?

They were slick for sure when they were new. wife, kids, and grandkids used to slip on them every time. Now that they are half brown with rust, they're not slippery at all - so I will leave them like that! I suspect the top plate would be just about as slippery when it's new and wet. I'm ta...

Re: Summer Gas

Our Sunoco 93 is ethanol free - that's the only gas the Power Wagon has ever seen. Primarily because it's Ethanol Free  I'm not sure there's as much variation in the Higher Octane summer vs winter blends. But, there definitely is with the 87 octane, I see about 2 mpg better with the summer b...

Re: TRX

For those who are interested, Hellcat.org has some good discussion on the TRX: https://www.hellcat.org/forums/dodge-ram-trx.169/ Can you post up a Ram/FCA link that confirms 707 ponies? the ramtrucks.com link still shows 575 Hp... Think back to when Ram was going to introduce the 6.4 into the HD li...

Re: Power Wagons hold their value

It's been 2 years since I updated this thread - but I've still tracked and plotted the truck NADA value each month since January 2015 when it first showed a used value. Power Wagon Value History.jpg My dealer keeps checking in with me to do a trade on a brand new PW. If they still made a loaded vers...

It only needs to exceed the Shelby Raptor's 525 HP to claim the high ground.
The EcoBoost is at it's limit but the TRX has room to grow.
So what you are saying is that FIAT/Chrysler is sandbagging

This looks like it will be seriously detuned to 575 Hp?

Re: Tire Cupping

I only rotate when the tire wear suggests they need rotating (using a tread depth gauge). Since I run rock hard all the time, I never get the lower pressure cupping and don't see the tire wear like most others do. (lower pressures is what wears tires funny - and it's generally what wears them out f...

Re: TRX

The last I saw on the TRX (from the Hellcat Forum I'm on) is the TRX will come with 35" tires from the factory. Attached is a supposed "Spy Pic" of the TRX Stat's from a Ram Meeting. Thanks for the input. Im thinking the one in the pics I posted is a relatively “unfinished” test mule. I mean yiu kn...

10 inches of sidewall is the ideal for a street driven off-roader I’ve found.
So your saying 42’s on 30’s isnt ideal?!
