Can the steering be made right?
I've owned my 2007 PW for about 3.5 years and during that time I've tried to address the "loose" steering feel by doing a bunch of stuff but the truck still wanders around all over the road. You have to steer it to go straight down the road. There's never been any "death wobble" or anything like tha...

Looking for obscure part
Restoring my 2007 PW. It has an Infinity sound system and one of the "Infinity audio system" emblems on the passenger side door is missing. Anyone know where I can get one? It's a small oval emblem. Thanks

Re: Need a shift cable for an '07
Found one at the junkyard about an hour from me. Guy specializes in dodge trucks. He told me new cables are on nationwide back order and that he gets half dozen calls a week for these from all over. Said he still has a few.

Re: Need a shift cable for an '07
This part # 52107847 AK, is coming up as a shift cable for 1500's, 2500's & 3500's. Hard to believe no one has them. http://www.autozone.com/shifter-and-shift-accessories/shifter-cable?filterByKeyWord=transmission+shift+cable&fromString=search The AK version might work on 1500, 2500 and 3500 but th...

Re: TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR
I have a 2014 1500 (in addition to my PW) that I put a set of factory 2014 R/T wheels on with OEM sensors. They worked fine for about 500 miles then the service TPMS light came on and the system dropped communication to all 4 wheels. Took it the dealer and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. To...

Wiring Question
Don't know much about wiring so bear with me. I'm extending my winch battery cables. My question is about the 18 gauge wire that runs parallel to/along with the main cables. Not sure what their function is. These wires have some specifications written on them, like 18 AWG, 600V, 105C. Can I replace ...

Re: Need third gen winch set up pics!
Update (and a question) on installing a 4th gen winch on my 2007. I took the winch off of the mount and removed the cable from the winch to make it light enough to work with. The winch mount fit perfectly into the existing frame brackets. Not sure if its the same as the 3rd gen mount but it fits as ...

Re: What's it worth?
Try searching cargurus.com. At least you can see what others are ASKING for PWs. There are six out there today. Various years and locations. I did my search on Dodge as the make and Ram 2500 as the model, then filter results and choose Power Wagon. You might also want to look at Edmunds.com. When I'...

Re: Need third gen winch set up pics!
You don't have to mount the controller on the motor, I mounted mine higher out of the road spray and replaced the solenoids with a Runva Winch Contacter. https://www.dropbox.com/sc/gnqrslreej2s955/AACjqQNb3j40N1uVCEMaE9LAa Do you have a part or model number for the Runva? Just curious about it. Tha...

Re: Need third gen winch set up pics!
Ya that's what I thought. I looked at a 2012 at the dealer this morning and the winch I have is like that one. I started to install it yesterday but I didn't have any help (heavy SOB) and it wasn't fitting so I stopped until I could research a little more. It seemed like the mount/cradle would fit i...

Re: The 2015 "Not gonna beat the s#!t outta this one" build.
Thanks Gravel! I'm pretty sure what I have is the newer set up. Mounts MAY be the same but winch is positioned differently. The way it's set up now the cables are on the wrong side, away from the battery, and it doesn't fit. I thought about flipping it on the mounting bracket but then that hoses up ...

Re: The 2015 "Not gonna beat the s#!t outta this one" build.
Figured I'd jump in on this thread since it seems like you guys have some good winch knowledge. I'll try to keep it brief. Bought an '07 about a year ago with no winch or mount. Bought a used winch and mount about a month ago and tried installing it. Didn't work. Looks like it's a different version,...

Re: 0w40 in 6.4L? Really?!
Careful with RP, plenty of suppliers @ shops not using this anymore, due to top-end failures... Any more detail on this? I've always been a huge fan of Royal Purple. A few years back the local 4 wheel shop did some pretty extensive testing of different oils and RP came out on top by a big margin, f...
