I watched the video on another post where they weld a nut on the broken stud and spin out. No drilling.

Just recently noticed the manifold leak on my 06. Upon inspection ican see the gap and what looks like 3 or 4 shims. So I'm assuming its been done before. Im not original owner. Truck had 98000klm whrn i got it. Should i replace the manifolds? I know there must some broken studs. is this a big job? ...

My money is on axle ujoint. Mine did the same thing. Everything seemed good on inspection. When i took it apart one cap on the joint was seized solid.

Seemed dry when i backed in to cut a load of wood. Guess not. Had to unload wood and call buddy(with a Dodge) cause nothing to winch off. Got it out. What a mess. An hour to get the muck off.

I was thinking of doing same thing. Whats involved in prep work?

I had Krown do mine for 3 years. Now i don't drive it in winter so just use the spray cans an do it myself. Mostly in the problem areas. Above rear wheel wells, door sills and cab corners.

Mine rotted also. I rewired it to a 7 pin trailer plug up near the rad support. Then you have to rewire the remote to match. Had a picture but can't find it. Friend of mine did the same but mounted the socket in the cab.

Its one those want it more than i need it. Money like that can be spent on upgrades i need that i would use.

I have 2 mounted in the toolbox in back. Can get them pretty quick if need be.

True. Guy here in town has 2 Power Wagons he took the winches out of to install plows. Trying to contact him to see if he still has the kits. He sold the winches.

Kinda want a factory kit with the Power Wagon logos.

Do the new Power Wagons still come with the kit that has straps and gloves etc. In it? The Dodge website says 2005-09. They want 500 bucks for one.

My 06 had rust on seat bolts and brackets as well but i cleaned and painted them.
so mine must be worth $31,800.00. NOT! Half that. Maybe!

Figures they'd show it on a Rapturd. Probably helped strenghten the frame.

Friend of mine at work ordered a Hellcat. So jealous.
Paid off my wagon in September and freed up no money. Been dumping it all into my 99. Getting ready for plow season. The Power Wagon is in hibernation as of yesterday.
