Re: Nitrogen in tires???

I use nitrogen for on board air. It works in tires. It also works air tools well with almost nil moisture. But you gotta pay to play right That's probably quite the setup... pics? Specs? Probably cost a lot On my computer. I'll put them up tonight. The most expensive part was the tank and regulator...

If you go with DOR steering let us know... curious about it
Damagewagon should chime in but dor steering might not be a reccommend action. At least their drag link. He just broke it  and they refused to consider it a product failure. Since it broke in the parking lot

Re: Power Wagon FB group

I find most of the fb groups carry a ton of drama. Here it is far more respectful. I'm leaning on the generation gap. You know. 3rd gen = best gen...4th gen=wannabe 3rd with extra luxury......4.5-5th gen anyone can get one....😁😁😁😁. So what's the biggest tire I can fit stock...... Do 35's fit with a...

Re: #BastardWagon Build

Small update. Bastard is coming to its new home soon. Been cleaning and upgrading the shop. Installed half the new lighting. Huge difference!! Picture doesn't do it justice. Replacing 8 halogen 500 watt lights with 4 led 150 watt high bays. Only 2 done. Wow.

Re: Diesel PW Build Thread

It's nice to see you working on your truck without snow as the primary background in your pictures. It is ridiculously awesome having the shop now. After so many years lying on my back in a snow suit (cause dodges always break when it's coldest out) finally can just coast around in a sweat...

Re: Cordless impact tool

Milwaukee has the best torque and seams to last the longest. Ive had a few different ones and currently use there 3/8" impact. Holds up to everything I throw at it. Im a diesel mechanic by trade and work in very harsh environments close to Alaska. I have sent a ton of Milwaukee tools for warranty. ...

WOW, bright! Do they come on when the truck goes in reverse, or wired separately on a switch, or both? Wired them into the reverse circuit. Seems like work to have to remember to flip a switch lol Ha. Well I suppose it could be handy once in a while to have the lights on WITHOUT the truck in revers...

Re: Diesel PW Build Thread

 Question... why do people hide their license plate in pictures on the internet? I usually don't for pictures here. And my tuck is distinctive enough a plate wouldn't matter. But I blasted the same pictures on instagram and Facebook so I figured whatever. Beam shot of the reverse lights Als...

Re: Dodge Off Road brand reliability

Judging by the few pictures I have seen, it looks like the front mounts for the White Knuckle sliders are utilizing the same realestate as the long arm 4-link frame mounts. Has this already been confirmed? I'm not 100% sure, I know there have been issues getting our arms to work with Amp steps but ...

Did you not get the stainless shafts? With some minor trimming of the cross bed supports you can flip the shocks body up.
I'd have to look back on the order. I don't remember. If it becomes an issue I have a et of 7100s to fall back on lol. SadπŸ˜”

Re: Diesel PW Build Thread

Worked a little on the kings today. Just the rear. Pulled them and changed the compression valving a bit. Trying to make it softer over the frost heaves. Still not quite good but defiantly an improvement. When I get bored I'll pull them again and make minor changes. These body down resi setups are j...

Re: Oil help?!

Synthetic is very different than conventional oil pertaining to viscosicity. A 0w-40w synthetic is actually a 40w oil that flows like a 0w when cold. But it's always a 40w. Conventional oil changes its properties as it warms up.

Stand by my shell t6 0-40! I've got 5 trucks with combined mileage of over 3 million km. Oil has never been a cause or problem for anything. I also buy it by the pail or 45gal drum depending on who has what on sale.
