86k on my 05. Bought it new. Best truck ever! Only semi important thing that I had fixed is a passenger side exhaust manifold. Flawless.

Full weight of PW on OEM rockrails?

Just wondering if this would be an option when putting the PW on a two post lift. Need to get mine up and redo the powder coating of the frame mounts. This would give me more open space to work.

Re: "Smart" Sway Bar, discontinued part. Help please!

I have a complete 05 smart bar in the garage. Bought one the last new ones available a couple of years hoping to fix the serv 4wd light that wouldn't let anything work on my truck. Well I installed the new bar with no luck in helping any of my problems. Turned out it was my locker bypass. Put that b...

Re: What is my Black Fully Loaded 05 QCSB PW Worth?

I have a good smart bar for the 05. Ordered a new one and installed it to try and fix a svc 4wd light. Did not fix anything so the old bar was not the problem and should still be a good unit.

Re: service 4wd light.....

Well I feel like an idiot...which I am obviously. Went out and disconnected the battery and the locker bypass and put it back to factory wiring and all is good. Tried this before but did not reset with battery. Oh well I have a couple of good spare parts.

Re: service 4wd light.....

Well I finally got my tcps changed out for a brand new one. Same friggin problem. Don't know what else to do.

I was hoping that was the ticket. Guess not. Bad wire somewhere is the only other thing I can think of.

Any new ideas?

yes svc 4wd light is all I have. Nothing works while that is on including swaybar. Hmmm TCPS could be an issue maybe.

service 4wd light.....

I know this topic comes up alot so I have read all I can find on here about it. Most people have flashing lights for the lockers. I do not but the swaybar won't disconnect neither will the lockers. 05 model with 60K on the clock and the connection at the swaybar is spotless. So purchased a new smart...

Sorry to bring up this old post. For years I have had 4 of these Carr steps bolted to my rock sliders. They have been great. Last week I busted one in half somehow while wheeling. No big deal right I will just purchase another because they worked perfectly for me. Well they have been discontinued ac...
