Re: bro dozer

Florida is the worst for Bro Dozer builds And bro Jeep builds that never wheel. Alaska is full of the built, on-road Jeeps, and they’re all getting targeted by Anchorage PD right now for fender and mud flap tickets because it’s windshield chip season. Hilarious. They’re not handing out enough becau...

gun45boat - http://forum.powerwagonregistry.org/viewtopic.php?t=990 I had a nannie episode this past weekend too. Muddy power line in the pouring rain. I couldn't climb a hill that my buddy in his 2nd gen ran right up with open diffs. Been pulling fuses trying to find the best one in my 2012 ever s...

Re: Mopar Ignition Coil Redesign

Did you notice a difference after replacing the coils? Yes, I did actually. I felt a slight bump in throttle response, low end torque and MPG, overall the engine feels smoother. I don't know if it was because I replaced coils with a lot if miles on them (even though there were no codes/issues) or t...

Looks good. Why is the gas tank cover cleaned up?
I only wiped down the frame rails where I was mounting the sliders to and didn’t touch the tank or skid plates, so I’m not sure?

I picked up a Carli and got the RuffStuff rear cover back from the powdercoaters today. I had to order what was available to me and in AK the shipping options are limited! Should work out well, hopefully.

Anchorage CJDR has a bad reputation on the Jeep FB group for their service department killing Jeeps. I've never taken a vehicle to them, but having read other people's accounts, I never will.

Re: 2017/18 Ram recalls

Avoid Anchorage CJDR (by Merrill field) like the plague. I have several recalls I’ve been putting off simply because getting them done is a PITA. If you want to share who you end up taking it to and how your experience goes I’d like to hear it. The Lithia service department has been alright to deal...

Jeeps should sit outside. Especially when they are broken.

Re: New PW getting White Knuckle Rock Rails tomorrow

Forgot to mention that I got the Dethloff skid installed and it fit perfectly. I can’t recall when I’ve had armor bolt up that easily. One mounting bolt was a pain, but the rest went slick. I took pictures and could post if people care to see, but fit was excellent and finish is, too. 👍 Dethloff! Oh...
