Re: Retro Power Wagons
I had great visions of fixing up this 72 Power Wagon but decided it was more than I wanted to spend. It was a cool old truck.

Re: Frustrated with 2012 PW design flaws and repeated fixes
I have a 2012 and have had to deal with #1, #2, and #5. I’ve got less than 57,000 miles on my truck, but the issue with fueling up almost makes me want to get another truck. It’s been paid off for a long time, so I deal with the small issues. For the most part it’s pretty comfy as a daily driver, an...

Re: Is Ford coming after the Power Wagon
It is just fodder for the insecure Ford fan boys to jerk off over. Kind of like the articles about how Ram is going to 'destroy' the Raptor. Neither is going to happen, get over it. The TRX excitement is all but dead. Ram pretty much pissed down their leg on this one. Throw $100,000 Trackhawks that...

I don’t disagree. The only reason I brought it up was originally seeing this on the Expedition Portal.

Interesting... https://leftlanenews.com/ford/f-series-super-duty/ford-preparing-rugged-super-duty-to-rival-ram-2500-power-wagon/ ‘Everyone loves the Raptor. With the new Super Duty, we got another new version that no one's ever seen; not a Raptor, but something different,” promised Jim Farley, Ford'...

Re: 2020 Power Wagon - Spied
I decided to do a 2012 (my truck) vs 2019 Power Wagon so I could focus on the differences. Other than a grill, hood, and bumper the lines are all the same (no shock here, we all know that). I know the interior is worlds better than my 2012 (if I had known then what I know now, I'd have waited for a ...

Re: 2020 Power Wagon - Spied
So Ram has the big reveal tomorrow at the Detroit Auto Show. The Ram Facebook page has been full of teasers. We know what they look like on the outside, and we know they are getting the updated interior. What else should we expect? Will Ram be the first to break the 1,000lb torque barrier? Do we get...

So, about the new Jeep Wrangler...
I’ve always loved the Jeep Rubicon, but I’ve never been able to fit in them (at 6’8” I don’t fit in a lot). Well I was out goofing around today so I figured I would swing by the local Jeep/Dodge/Ram dealership to look at the new Wranger 2 door and 4 door. Well to my shock I fit in the front of the 2...

Not sure why pics turned out sideways. They are right side up on my phone. They are straight on my wiiPod. I think it would be cool if you did a build thread on your new truck. You’ve been a huge part of the Power Wagon Family, and I’d like to get your thoughts with the Colorado as time goes by.

Re: 2020 Power Wagon - Spied
The TRX and the Rumored 7.0L are going to be interesting to watch. My biggest complaint on my 2012 is the total lack of a passing gear. When on a two lane highway approaching 65mph and wanting to pass a slower vehicle it would be nice to have more power. I know these trucks are basically a big bric...

Something doesn’t feel right with this truck. Why is it out in the open at a grocery store with no camo? Why does the hood look like it’s not shut all the way or misaligned? Why are all the lights on?

These trucks are going to sell like hotcakes. I don't think it's a vehicle for me, but I really like it. They basically took the AEV Brute and made it affordable and with a full FCA backed warranty.

I’ll say this, if the TRX looks close to this, I’ll have to give it a serious look. Something like this could be worth trading my Power Wagon and Challenger Hellcat for.
