Re: 11.5 swap

I’ve been searching quite a bit and haven’t found a good write up. I’d really like to find good info on years of 11.5 interchange, and if there were any differences by year, from 3/4 ctd or 1 ton, man/auto, or 2wd vs 4wd, trim packages? I realize there probably isn’t a whole lot to it, but I’d rath...

Re: 2014+ FRONT DIFFERENTIAL COVER HELP

C791EDB7-5BD3-4F85-92B2-34D3FB079330.jpeg I picked up a Carli and got the RuffStuff rear cover back from the powdercoaters today. I had to order what was available to me and in AK the shipping options are limited! Should work out well, hopefully. Whats the fluid capacity on that Ruffstuff rear? I'v...

Re: 37's Not Balancing

Thanks for the input guys. I went to Discount this afternoon and had them order me up some BFG KM3's. I've been hearing that coopers are a hit or miss as far as having issues with them so I didnt feel like taking that chance again. Plus I'm only having to pay an additional $160 for the KM3's when n...

You did not need the ring gear spacer for your front gears correct?
The shop and Nitro said it did need one to work with the ARB

The back will need trimming too. Nitro strikes again! Oh yea I plan on cutting an inch or two around the entire wheel well to clear them at full stuff. Yea...to be up front their customer service has been great and they didnt beat around the bush about that set being noisy. On me for not doing my r...

Was able to get a little work done on the truck while I was home. Had the 4.56s and front ARB installed although haven't actually had a chance to hook the locker up. Up front....Nitro 4.56s are loud, talked to Nitro and they acknowledged that this particular gear set is the loudest they sell. I'm s...

It's going to take a little messaging to get them to fit correctly...but that's why god created air saws. Was originally going to go with aev flares but was worried since I'm running a 6" lift that the fender well gap would be obnoxious. Going to try glass fenders and just trimming the rear enough t...

Hows the oil burner treating ya?! Lovin it! Unfortunately really haven't been home enough for quite a while to put it through its paces. Did do a cross country tow last year with the same weight that I did previously with my Power Wagon...and the difference was incredible. The cummins is dangerous ...

3G is gone...still kicking myself everyday for selling that thing. The new cummins alien arm'd with 3.0 kings is ok I guess...have some arb lockers and 4.56's sitting on the shelf for when I get back next year. So hopefully it'll be back up to power wagon standards one of these days here

Re: Balance beads ?

Buy non shitty tires and non shitty wheels and should be fine. If you already have them...it took me forever to get my SS M16's balanced correctly. Find a 4x4 shop that has road force balancing...they balance the tires with the weight of the vehicle on them...makes a huge difference

I agree with a lot of the posts on here...to those that think that these kits were specifically designed and made for those with intimate off road knowledge...are in my assumption are wrong. I seem to remember every 4x4 magazine for months were touting this kits right before their release...followed...
