Re: ZR2 diesel test drive & test tow

Not sure why pics turned out sideways. They are right side up on my phone. They are straight on my wiiPod. I think it would be cool if you did a build thread on your new truck. You’ve been a huge part of the Power Wagon Family, and I’d like to get your thoughts with the Colorado as time goes by. Ar...

Re: Diff Temp video

 Will we now see a new product line ? Chassis dyno coolers ? Other ones won't work, but his will. It is really bizarre though how some vehicles get so friggin hot at the diff & others don't. Not sure what the deal was with my old PW. It consistantly ran hotter than most. Even empty it w...

Re: 2020 Power Wagon - Spied

There was 1 guy who installed/had installed a gear vendor under drive unit in an auto PW, he friggin' LOVED it. Can't remember who it was. I think way back on DTalk forum.

Re: 2020 Power Wagon - Spied

Hey 2sticky. Does that new cheby you gettin' have a low range. Does it come with a square spare tire? Is there a receiver in the front? You never know when you might need to move something in reverse  Not yet, but maybe in the future, for a winch in a cradle, or maybe just a new bumper....

Re: 2020 Power Wagon - Spied

I will certainly miss some aspects of the PW. I think i have watched just about every ZR2 diesel video on youtube, & the torque at idle allows the driver to not have to rev it up, just lumber over stuff. Already got some mods in the back hallway for the new truck. Picked up new truck tonight. They a...

Truck & everything listed is gone.........except for the rock rails & complete hardware. If interested, let me know. :wtf: Here is a WTF side note: When dealer ran the vin # on the PW, it came back showing a passenger side air bag recall---that we were never notified of.........that there is no fix ...

Re: 2020 Power Wagon - Spied

Seriously, you guys have no idea how much better these trucks are off-road & over obstacles with low gearing. There is considerably less stress put on the drivetrain components with super lo gears vs trying to power up or bump up & over obstacles. That's why Uni-Mogs freakin' ROCK! They have gearing...

Re: Front Diff Blow Up

Totally off topic but....... This is part of the BS that gives everyone a bad taste in their mouth. Is the industry really so desperate, they have to hire incompetent people ? Gottlieb Daimler made the first truck in 1896. So, everyone has had 122 years to get their shit together. Yet we consumers a...

Maybe they improved over the years, IDK. Maybe Keystone Tail Gator was a shitty brand, IDK. I can tell you it was one of the first things I checked on our current camper & was glad to see it had actual angle iron supports. Also, not sure how much you guys know about water. I learned quite a bit whil...

Re: 2020 Power Wagon - Spied

I really wonder if the reason why they have not taken the upgrades to the PW seriously is: They really don't want to take away from the Jeep line, as it really outsells the PW. Ram pickups 2017 --- 44,850 Jeep Wrangler 2017 --- 190,522 Jeep Grand Cherokee 2017--240,696 Kind of like the Corvette-Cama...
