Re: Power Wagon FB group

Well, I am fat. And I really don't give a fuck. I have lost weight, gained weight & lost it again. Now, I pretty much just gain weight, . I love to cook & i love to eat good food. I know SO MANY people that have weight issues. On both ends of the spectrum. Relatives that are on the verge of th...

Re: Power Wagon FB group

I have been walked out of DMV, with a city cop under each arm. I have been kicked out of 3 different dealerships. Lost track of how many stores I have been kicked out of-for giving an employee a verbal barrage only after being disrespected totally by said employee. I have even been banned from an in...

Glad you’re not hurt man! But as they say, a bad day racing is better than a good day at work! Kicks ass you didn’t DNF man, one ski at 50 indicates a surplus of balls or a lack of brains lol.

Re: Need some math help here...........................

My reason for the mods are---when we get a bad winter I quickly run out of space for the snow. I move a LOT of snow. My driveway is right up to the side of my house, neighbors basement leaks like a sieve so he don't like me piling it up between our houses, snowblower is in the garage so....it all go...

Re: Lost oil pressure after high-speed offroad

Or, it could be your gauges. I have been having issues with the gauges on our 08'. Both oil pressure & voltmeter. Oil pressure upon starting truck is about 1/8" above the halfway mark, when all is good. Recently it has periodically only been moving 1/8" from 0. All sounds fine. Shut off & restart & ...

Re: 3g transmission advice

Randy's Transmissions is the way to go and I only say that because it has been great to work with them. They took my P.O.S. ATS and actually built it unlike ATS did. ATS has been known to use less then stock quality or the cheapest components they can find and over advertise it as top shelf perform...

WD hitch with sway control is certainly not the be all-end all for towing. If you tow heavy new springs/helper springs &/or air bags are in your future.

Re: Minnesota shooting range??

My thoughts exactly. I have a range 1/2 mile down the road. $60 per year. Can't even bring family anymore because of a "past issue". EVERYONE who shoots, HAS TO BE a member, if you violate that, you get banned for life ! Listen up: This is going to catch on soon everywhere.......................In N...

Re: New forest partol truks

So do 4th Gens & 5th Gens, that's why there are extreme duty ball joints avail for them all (5th Gen avail early 2018) ---nothing has changed there. If they were so much better, there would be no need for after market parts. As long as they use ball joints that are on different axis & u-joints in th...

Re: Minnesota shooting range??

Like anywhere probably. You either own property that it is legal to shoot on, you belong to a club, you use designated public shooting range or you know someone who has property that is legal to shoot on & get permission. We have a single lane public shooting range but not many people use it because...

Re: New forest partol truks

You can't fix stupid. The reason they probably switched is because of the crappy factory ball joints. If someone who really don't know much about trucks, see's that all of their Dodge's are getting their upper & lower ball joints replaced 2-3x per year, per truck, that would make the uneducated pers...

Re: Premier Power Welder or Ready Welder II

Just another option.....if this applies : If you already own a portable generator (like many of us already), you could just get a small regular 120v welder. Use it at home like regular & just bring the generator (or even a good sized inverter would work) when wheeling ? More stuff yes, but if you al...

Re: Premier Power Welder or Ready Welder II

 On the new PW's, if the dual alt option was on it, could the one alt (the 220 amp) be used to charge 2 additional batteries, so you could just use the batteries & cables without all that fancy expensive stuff, like MikeKey said ??? If so, you could probably do a LOT of welding before you need...

Re: Premier Power Welder or Ready Welder II

Not sure what each costs or how portable they would actually be ? Seem to be dedicated to the vehicle. I have always heard good things about the Premier Power Welder. I am sure both work well. I know they have their own alt with the 1 kit but i have some questions ? 190 amps is not that big by today...
