Re: Frustration...

We talked extensively about that... Three mechanics advised against it after drinking that much coolant and pushing it thru the engine... they were afraid of long term damage, or so they said.

Um... no the Orange has been the best one - the issues noted above were all on a black truck, not my power wagon..

Frustration...

Just a 'quick' rant if anyone cares, but I feel like I wanted to explain my frustration about vehicles and service all being worthless anymore - as seems to be the general case anymore.... Background - Our '15 Cummins (some know we had both a Cummins and PW) had the water pump replaced under recall ...

Re: Rear Shock Question

I like the 'stockish' approach... But will they sell them alone?

"Our rear shocks work with our rear coils ONLY, and our rear coil kit must use OUR shocks. More details on the coil spring page."

I admit I don't push my truck much but not sure if the suspension is truly that sensitive..

Re: Rear Shock Question

$160 ea for OEM, $245 ea for Kings - but I would do just rears if OEM, but Kings would go all the way around..

Re: Rear Shock Question

Thanks Coder, that's what I was looking for... Although at $160 a piece, the king 2.0 isn't 'too' much more... But by the time I do front and rear and convince myself the stock springs will be fine... Well - I guess a $320 fix is cheaper... Oh and thanks Tony - I already have a complex going ...

Re: Rear Shock Question

So... I appreciate the feedback but I'm hearing factory shocks are junk and I need a good set of $500+ shocks...

Rear Shock Question

What Bilstein's do we have - 4600 or 5100? Does anyone have the part number for the rear? Trying to figure out what to order, as it doesn't appear entirely clear for our trucks... 2015 MY, wasn't sure if they changed them at the 14+ update... Or if anyone has any stock takeoffs laying around? :D Fou...

Re: Bought a Jeep

I love the orange - wanted to compliment my driveway as well with it! Vanished, do you still have your orange crush wagon? So far, but I do admit I think about selling it every time I fill it up... I haven't been giving it a proper life - too much pavement and too few trails. Almost feel bad for it...

Re: Craigslist Finds...

Two more interesting finds... A friends truck that he just traded on a new F250 (had DW, needed tires - not sure what they fixed at dealer) http://www.stuckeyforyou.com/vehicle-details/2013-ram-2500-power-wagon-hollidaysburg-pa-id-22259358 And anyone want mine for $40k? I'm thinking if they want $50...

Re: power wagon went onto it's lid at Uwharrie

I would be tempted at that price. An R-titled, Mad Max drive it like you stole Wagon would be a blast for sure. Hell ya! I did that with a buy back jeep... most fun I've ever had. :) (Of course this was after I totally killed two newer vehicles wheeling!). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: Dodge Ram Power Wagon Global Production Numbers 2005-201

I don't know why but I was shopping between 10 different PW in Southern Idaho. Idaho seems to be the place to go for PWs. Word is that you can fly to Idaho, be picked up by the dealer shuttle, and then just drive your PW home. And save a pile of money in the process. When I bought my '05 in August ...

Anybody running the Cooper STT Pro? It's a pretty light tire, 66 pounds for a 315. Yes... so far so good. A little noisy... About 3500 miles on mine, still looking good. I do 'think' they did mess a little with braking/shifting but nothing significant. I'm happy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
