Re: EMF steering linkage?
gents, I think I'm finally in the market to replace my linkage as well (knuckles to the pitman). Glad I found this before I decided on DOR...sorry Rusty. DamageWagon, do you have the part number(s) for the Mopar kit you recommend or do I have to buy individual parts? Going to replace the original da...

Re: Not your typical TIPM/battery drain issue...
ok, well I think it may be time to install a battery disconnect/kill switch on this thing until I can figure it out. Anyone have experience with them? I'm thinking a negative side switch mounted somewhere up under the dash.

Re: Not your typical TIPM/battery drain issue...
well, pppsssshh. Took the dash apart and tried unplugging the cluster while watching the meter through the windshield and nothing. I even went back and tried all the fuses in the TIPM again. Any idea what items are wired outside of the TIPM? I'm tracking the alternator but not sure of others.
thanks
thanks

Re: Not your typical TIPM/battery drain issue...
BLM, thanks for the tip! I just took my dash all apart again. I ran the self test for the instrument cluster and it seems to spit out the same junk as other folks on some of those "other" forums. 5 37 = 323 C 542 Near as I can tell, this is a software version as it looks like other trucks have the s...

Not your typical TIPM/battery drain issue...
Ok folks, I've been dealing with some rather significant parasitic loss for far too long now on my 07 Wagon. I've tried everything I can think of, including taking it to the (st)dealer. Any more ideas out there? Symptoms: - Fall of 2017 one incident of all external lights not turning off. The switch...

Re: strange rear diff issue
Thanks everyone! After a couple of replies I did some more digging on the net and finally found a stock photo that shows the milling marks. It seems like everything is going on out me around the 100k mark so my first thought was this was just something else to add to the $$$. AAM 10.5 differential.j...

strange rear diff issue
So sometime late summer I started to notice an occasional knocking noise in the driveline when shifting gears. It seemed to only happen at low speeds and "casual" shifting. I thought it was a U-joint somewhere in the drive shaft. I replaced those, still having the issue. Then this fall I dropped $35...

So I recently became the owner of a large project - 2 Power Wagons - '46 WDX and a '48 B-1 along with two truck loads of parts to include 4 engines, 2 transmissions and 2 transfer cases. Moving around with the Army every couple of years is preventing me from really working on them right now but I've...

Re: Heavy duty floor mats
Ive had the husky mats in all of my trucks and always will. I love the way the sides will allow them to hold in the mud, slush and water and keep it off the carpet. They don't slide around and are a good fit.
