I'm guessing you had quite a bit done to the S6 over the stock configuration to get the 1/4 mile numbers in that range?

Re: Air actuated lockers on the PW?
Ah, reading things like this makes me glad I got the locker bypass a few years back. Takes about 2 seconds to lock either axle....in any range. Sorry, I had to rub it in.

Re: 5W20 or 5W30 for 5.7 Wagons
I run the Amsoil 5W-30 in mine. I called up Amsoil and that's what the guy told me to run, because I had that same question as you. To me, it seems to run/idle smoother than having the 5W-20 in there. I think you'll be good either way you go.

Re: Intial Impressions from a Noob
The rear axle in the Titan was the M226 "Dana Super 44". It had issues in the early years of release, but was solved by 2006. The M226 wasn't a large axle by any means, but it never gave me any problems. I believe the current Titan runs the same AAM 10.5" that is under our Power Wagons. (Those of us...

Re: Intial Impressions from a Noob
As a former owner of a Titan, I can assure you the Power Wagon is much more solidly built than the Titan. While the Titan was a great truck in it's own sense, it's no Power Wagon by any stretch. Mine was fully loaded with all sorts of PRG Products goodies. It was a "Raptor" before the Raptor was on ...

Re: Raptor vs. Power Wagon vs. ZR2
That was a good article to read. It would be quite fun to do something like that and take an eight day adventurous drive somewhere. If only work didn't get in the way. Also, it's nice to see an article with writers that aren't Raptor nut swingers. God forbid something's not perfect with the Raptor!

Re: Funny steering feeling
Your situation sounds exactly like what I was experiencing. I too have the Thuren parts all around, and while they helped the feeling, they didn't solve them. I just bit the bullet and bought new ball joints (EMFs), front bearing assemblies and u-joints. While I'm not sure all three of those are nee...

Re: Diff fluid change? Rookie help.
First mod in the books. Only got the front done because I'm still waiting for my Purple Cranium rear guard and it started raining anyway. Biggest issue: I thought I might make things easier on myself and sprung for the gear oil pump from AMSOIL to just pump the new oil in out of the bottles. Was wo...

Re: Juday's Wagon
Whenever i do ujoints, once i have them pressed in and caps on i will swivel them, and if they dont move too overly easy i will tap on the shaft one way or the other with a hammer (with something pressed up against the end cap), then swivel it again, so on and so forth, until they move freely in al...

The Bully Dog GT does this also. IMO, just buy a tuner. I've turned my throttle sensitivity to the max, as I found I like that setting the best.

You're going to love them! Once you see how beefy they are, you'll realize how weak the stock arms on the truck! When you grease them, make sure your truck is at full droop to get the grease spread out.

Re: 2011BigRed Build
Nice looking Wagon! You don't see that color very often on the 4Gs. FYI, I'd rethink the 37" MTRs for the truck. They don't balance worth a $h!t on our heavier trucks. My 315's throw weights all.the.freaking.time. In the looks department, they're awesome! But, they're just not for our truck, unfortu...
